A bad basketball player came to a well-known writer and asked him, "Will you help me find some work as a writer?"

The writer read his book and said, "Now I know why you haven’t become a good basketball player."

"Why?" asked the basketball player.

"You cannot get the ball into the basket on time," was the answer.
