Our School

Our school is new. It is a new building. It is very large and very big. The school has five floors. It stands in a large yard. The yard is big and nice.

In the yard there are many trees. The trees are green and tall. There is a garden in front of the school. The garden has many flowers. The flowers are red, yellow, and blue. They are beautiful. Behind the school there is a sports ground. We play there.

When we come to school, we take off our coats. We take off our hats. We take off our raincoats and our caps. We put them away.

On the ground floor we can see the gymnasium. We have physical training in the gymnasium. We run and jump there. On the ground floor we can see the dining-room too. We eat our food there.

The teachers’ room is on the first floor. The teachers work there. On the first floor there are classrooms too. These classrooms are for the first form. They are for the second form. They are for the third form. Little children learn there.

The classrooms for the other forms are on the second floor. They are on the third floor too. Big children learn there. The school hall is on the fourth floor. It is a big room. Here we have meetings for the pupils. We have meetings for the parents. We have concerts there. We sing songs and play music.

In the school there are rooms for English. There are rooms for other subjects too. We learn there. There is a library. We read books in the library. The workshops are in the yard. We make things in the workshops.

We like our school very much. It is a good place. We are happy there.
