Give It to My Horse

One cold winter evening, a man came into a small inn. He was tired and cold and wanted to sit near the fire. But there were too many people near the fire. Then the man asked a boy to give some meat to his horse.

All the people ran into the yard to look at the horse, who could eat meat. The man sat down near the fire. He was happy.

The people came back and said, "But your horse does not want to eat the meat."

"All right," said the man. "Then I shall eat it."
