Customer: Hi, I want to buy a holiday package. Can you help me?

Staff: Of course. Where do you want to go?

Customer: I want to go to Turkey. My wife and I want a beach holiday.

Staff: Great choice. When do you want to go?

Customer: In July, for seven days.

Staff: Okay. Do you want a hotel with meals or without meals?

Customer: What options do you have?

Staff: We have three options. The first is room only. You pay only for the hotel room. The second is bed and breakfast. You get the room and breakfast. The third is all-inclusive. You get the room, breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Customer: I think we want all-inclusive. It's easier on holiday.

Staff: Good choice. How many stars do you want in the hotel?

Customer: Four stars, please. We want a comfortable hotel.

Staff: Okay. I have a very nice four-star hotel in Antalya. It is on the beach and has a big swimming pool.

Customer: That sounds perfect. How much does it cost for the people for seven days?

Staff: It costs 1,200 euros for the people. That includes the hotel and the flights.

Customer: Does it include airport transfers, too?

Staff: Yes. A bus takes you from the airport to the hotel and back. It is all included in the price.

Customer: Great. What documents do we need?

Staff: You need a valid passport. Please check that your passport is good for at least six months.

Customer: Okay. Can we pay in departs?

Staff: Yes. You pay 300 euros now and 900 euros one month before the trip.

Customer: Perfect. We want to book this holiday. What do we do next?

Staff: Please give me your names and passport numbers and I will book everything for you.
