Fixing a Car (At the Car Service)

Customer: Hi. I have a problem with my car. Can you help me?

Mechanic: Of course. What is the problem?

Customer: My car makes a strange noise when I drive. It started two days ago.

Mechanic: I see. Where does the noise come from? From the front or the back?

Customer: I think from the front. And sometimes the car shakes a little.
