School Rules

Emma: Hey Jack, did you hear about the new school rules?

Jack: Yes, I did. The students have to wear uniforms now.

Emma: That's right, and they are not allowed to use phones in class.

Jack: I think that's a good rule. Phones can be very distracting.

Emma: I agree. Some students were using them during lessons.

Jack: Exactly. Do you know about the canteen rule?

Emma: Yes, students have to eat in the canteen. No food in classrooms.

Jack: That makes sense. It keeps the classrooms clean and tidy.

Emma: Right. There is also a new rule about being on time.

Jack: Yes, late students have to wait outside until the break.

Emma: I think that will help a lot.

Jack: I hope the students follow the new rules.
