English people do not eat much bread. They eat little bread. They never eat bread with meat. They never eat bread with vegetables. But they sometimes eat some bread with soup. They do this when they have soup for dinner.

There are some interesting holidays in Great Britain. On the first of January English people have New Year’s Day. It is a happy day. On that day they wish their friends a Happy New Year. They say "Happy New Year" to their family and friends.
