Send Me My Address

An Englishman came to New York. “Now when my things are at the hotel,” he thought, “I can send a telegram to my wife.”

He went to the post-office and did so. In the telegram he sent his wife his address. Then he went to the cinema. In the evening he wanted to go back to the hotel. But he did not remember the name or the address of the hotel. Who could help him?

So he sent another telegram to his wife: Please send me my address.
