He is the First

Mr. Brown is walking in the park. He has a new suit and thinks that everybody is looking at him. But he is tired. Oh, here is a bench! And an old man is going to it! Mr. Brown runs to the bench. The old man is running after him and shouting something. It is the first who always wins. Mr. Brown is the first. He sits down. He is smiling. Oh, how happy he is!

Now the old man is already near him. He is so tired that he cannot speak, but he has a notice in his hand. Mr. Brown looks at the notice and reads: Wet paint!
