Talking About a School Event

Emma: Hi, Jack. Did you go to the college concert last night?

Jack: Hi, Emma. Yes, I was there. It was amazing. Did you go too?

Emma: Yes, I did. I really liked the singing group. The songs were so beautiful.

Jack: Me too. The singing group was great, but my favorite part was the dance group. They were very good.

Emma: Oh, yes. The dancers were really good. I also liked the girl who played the piano alone. Who was she?

Jack: That was Sarah from our class. She plays the piano every day. She is very good.

Emma: Wow, she is so good. Did you see the art show before the concert?

Jack: Yes, I did. The paintings were so colorful.

Emma: I liked the one with the sunset. What about you? I liked the one with the mountains. It looked so calm and nice. Do you know who planned the event?

Jack: I think it was the College Art and Music Club. They did a great job.

Emma: Yes, they did. I hope they do more events like this. It was so much fun.

Jack: Me too. Maybe next time they will have a theater show. That will be great.
