Renting a Car

Woman: Hi, I want to rent a car. Can you help me?

Staff: Of course. For how many days do you want the car?

Woman: For five days. From Monday to Friday.

Staff: Okay. What kind of car do you want? A small car or a big car?

Woman: A small car, please. Just for me and my friend.

Staff: We have a nice small car. It's blue and it's not expensive.

Woman: Great. How much does it cost for five days?

Staff: It costs 30 euros a day. So, for five days, it's 150 euros.

Woman: That's good. Do I need a special document?

Staff: Yes, I need your driving license and your passport.

Woman: Here you are.

Staff: Thank you. Do you want insurance for the car?

Woman: What is insurance for?

Staff: If there is a problem with the car, like an accident, insurance helps you pay less money.

Woman: Oh, I see. Yes, I want insurance. How much is it?

Staff: It's 10 euros a day. So, insurance for five days is 50 euros.

Woman: Okay, I will take it. What's the total price?

Staff: 150 euros for the car and 50 euros for insurance. The total is 200 euros.

Woman: Perfect. Can I pay by card?

Staff: Yes, of course. Please wait a moment.

A few minutes later:

Staff: Here are the keys and here is the card document. Please check the car before you go.

Woman: Okay, thank you. What time do I need to bring the car back?

Staff: Please bring it back before 6 p.m. on Friday.

Woman: Got it. Thank you for your help.

Staff: You're welcome. Have a nice trip.
