At the Vet

Owner: Hi. I want to see a vet. My cat is sick.
Vet: Of course. Please come in. What is the problem with your cat?
Owner: She doesn't eat. She ate nothing yesterday and today. And she sleeps all the time.
Vet: I see. How old is your cat?
Owner: She is three years old.
Vet: Okay. Can I look at her?
Owner: Yes, of course. Here she is.
Vet: Thank you. What is her name?
Owner: Her name is Luna.
Vet: Hello, Luna. Let me check her. Does she drink water?
Owner: Yes. She drinks a little water, but not much.
Vet: Okay. Does she go outside or stay at home?
Owner: She stays at home. She never goes outside.
Vet: I see. Luna has a small temperature. I think she has an infection. I need to do a blood test to know more.
Owner: Is it serious?
Vet: It is not very serious now, but we need to check. The blood test takes about 30 minutes.
Owner: Okay. Can I wait here?
Vet: Yes, please wait in the waiting room.
Thirty minutes later:
Vet: The blood test is ready. Luna has a small infection. I will give her some medicine.
Owner: How do I give her the medicine?
Vet: Put this medicine in her food once a day for seven days. And give her only soft food this week.
Owner: Okay. How much does it all cost?
Vet: The visit is 20 euros and the blood test is 30 euros. The medicine is 15 euros. The total is 65 euros.
Owner: Okay, that's fine. When do I come back?
Vet: Come back in one week. If Luna gets worse before that, call us immediately.
Owner: Thank you, doctor. I hope Luna feels better soon.
Vet: I think she will. Take care of her. Goodbye.
Owner: Goodbye.
