Opening a Bank Account

Customer: Hi, I want to open a bank account. Can you help me?
Staff: Of course. Please sit down. What kind of account do you want?
Customer: I'm not sure. What kinds do you have?
Staff: We have two main types. The first is a current account. You use it every day for shopping and paying bills. The second is a savings account. You put money in it and it stays there.
Customer: I think I want a current account. I need it for everyday use.
Staff: Good choice. Do you have a job?
Customer: Yes, I work at a school. I want my salary to come to this account.
Staff: No problem. We can do that. Do you want a bank card too?
Customer: Yes, please. I want to pay by card in shops.
Staff: Of course. The card is free. Do you want online banking too?
Customer: What is online banking?
Staff: You can see your account and pay bills on your phone or computer. It's very easy.
Customer: Oh, that sounds good. Yes, I want that too.
Staff: Perfect. I need some documents. Do you have your passport and a document with your address?
Customer: Yes, I have my passport. And here is a letter from my work with my address.
Staff: That's perfect. Thank you. Please fill in this form with your name, address, and phone number.
Customer: Okay. Here you are.
Staff: Thank you. Your account is ready in one or two days. We will send you a message when it is open.
Customer: Great. And when do I get my bank card?
Staff: The card arrives in about five days. We send it to your address.
Customer: Perfect. How much does it cost to open the account?
Staff: The account is free. You only pay 50 cents a month for the card.
Customer: That's very cheap. Thank you for your help.
Staff: You're welcome. Do you have any other questions?
Customer: No, I think that's everything. Thank you.
Staff: Have a nice day.
Customer: You too. Goodbye.
