Lily: Hey, Ben! Have you heard about the school festival next month?

Ben: Hi, Lily! Yes, I have. I’m really excited about it. Are you going to participate?

Lily: Definitely! I’m thinking of joining the talent show. What about you?

Ben: I’m not sure yet. Maybe I’ll help with organizing the food stalls. I’m not really into performing.

Lily: That’s a good idea. The food stalls are always popular. What kind of food are you planning to sell?

Ben: I was thinking of selling homemade cookies and lemonade. My mom makes the best cookies.

Lily: That sounds delicious! I’m sure they’ll sell out quickly. Do you know who’s in charge of the festival?

Ben: I think it’s the student council. They’ve been planning it for weeks. They’ve even created a schedule for the day.

Lily: That’s impressive. What’s on the schedule?

Ben: There’s a talent show in the morning, then the food stalls and games in the afternoon. In the evening, there’s a concert.

Lily: That sounds like a lot of fun. I hope the weather is good. Last year it rained, remember?

Ben: Yes, I remember. But this year they’ve booked the gym in case it rains. So, it will happen no matter what.

Lily: That’s a relief. By the way, do you know if we need to register for the talent show?

Ben: Yes, you do. You should talk to Ms. Brown. She’s in charge of the performances.

Lily: Okay, I’ll talk to her tomorrow. Thanks for the info, Ben.

Ben: No problem. Good luck with your performance! I’ll be cheering for you.

Lily: Thanks! And good luck with the food stalls. I’ll definitely stop by to try your cookies.
