Anna: Hi, Tom! You look tired. Is everything okay at work?

Tom: Hi, Anna. Not really. I’m having a hard time with my new project.

Anna: Oh no, what’s wrong?

Tom: The deadline is very short, and I don’t have enough help. I’m stressed.

Anna: That sounds tough. Have you talked to your manager about it?

Tom: Not yet. I’m afraid they’ll think I can’t do my job.

Anna: I understand, but it’s better to ask for help than to miss the deadline. Maybe they can give you more time or resources.

Tom: You’re right. I’ll talk to them tomorrow. What would you do in my situation?

Anna: I would make a list of tasks and prioritize them. Focus on the most important things first.

Tom: That’s a good idea. I’ll try that. Thanks, Anna.

Anna: You’re welcome, Tom. And don’t forget to take breaks. Working too much isn’t good for you.

Tom: I know, but I feel like I don’t have time for breaks.

Anna: Even a short break can help you think better. Try it!

Tom: Okay, I will. Thanks for the advice, Anna.

Anna: No problem, Tom. Good luck with your project!

Tom: Thanks! See you later!

Anna: See you, Tom!
