Anna: Hi, Tom! How are you?

Tom: Hi, Anna! I'm good, thanks. How about you?

Anna: I'm fine too. I just joined a gym. Do you go to the gym?

Tom: Yes, I go three times a week. It's a great way to stay fit. How do you like it so far?

Anna: I like it, but it's a bit hard. I'm not used to exercising so much.

Tom: I understand. It takes time to get used to it. What do you do at the gym?

Anna: I use the treadmill and lift some weights. What about you?

Tom: I do cardio and strength training. I also take a yoga class once a week.

Anna: That sounds fun. Do you have a trainer?

Tom: Yes, I have a trainer who helps me with my workouts. Do you have one?

Anna: No, I don't. Maybe I should get one. I'm not sure what exercises are best for me.

Tom: A trainer can help you create a workout plan. It's a good idea if you're new to the gym.

Anna: I'll think about it. Do you go to the gym alone or with friends?

Tom: I usually go alone, but sometimes I go with my friend Mike. It's more fun with a friend.

Anna: That's true. Maybe we can go together sometime.

Tom: That sounds great! Let's plan a day next week.

Anna: Okay, let's do that. See you later, Tom!

Tom: See you, Anna!
