Emily: Hi, David! Have you heard about the Fourth of July?
David: Yes, Emily. It's Independence Day in America.
Emily: What do people do on the Fourth of July?
David: They have barbecues, watch fireworks, and celebrate freedom.
Emily: That sounds exciting! Do British people have a similar holiday?
David: Not exactly. But they have the Queen's Birthday Parade, called Trooping the Colour.
Emily: What happens at Trooping the Colour?
David: There's a big parade with soldiers, horses, and music. The royal family watches.
Emily: That sounds very formal. What about food traditions?
David: In America, people eat hot dogs and apple pie on the Fourth of July. In Britain, they eat fish and chips or a Sunday roast.
Emily: I love fish and chips! What other differences are there?
David: In Britain, people drink tea in the afternoon. In America, they drink coffee all day.
Emily: I think both traditions are interesting. Let's try them all!
David: Agreed! Let's celebrate British and American culture together.
