Emma: I’m great! I’ve been spending a lot of time online recently.

Jack: Really? What have you been doing?

Emma: I’ve been taking an online course and doing some research for work. What about you?

Jack: I’ve been working on my blog and connecting with people on LinkedIn.

Emma: That’s cool. Do you find it easy to stay focused when you’re online?

Jack: Sometimes it’s hard, especially with all the distractions. I try to set specific times for work and breaks.

Emma: That’s a good strategy. I also use apps to block distracting websites.
