Lily: Hi, Max! How’s it going?

Max: Hey, Lily! Not bad, thanks. How about you?

Lily: I’m good, just a bit tired. We had a math test today.

Max: Oh, really? How was it?

Lily: It was okay, but some questions were difficult. Do you like math?

Max: Not really. I prefer art and science. Math is too hard for me.

Lily: I like math, but my favorite subject is English. What about you?

Max: I like English too. Our teacher always makes the lessons fun.

Lily: True! By the way, is this your classroom?

Max: Yes, it is. I sit at the second desk near the window.

Lily: Nice! What’s this on your desk?

Max: This is my pencil case. I got it as a gift from my sister.

Lily: It looks cool! What’s inside?

Max: There are pencils, pens, markers, and an eraser. I also have a small ruler.

Lily: That’s handy. And what’s that on the wall?

Max: That’s a world map. We use it in geography lessons.

Lily: Do you like geography?

Max: Yes, I do. It’s interesting to learn about different countries.

Lily: I agree. Do you have any homework for geography?

Max: Yes, I need to write about my favorite country. I think I’ll choose Italy.

Lily: Italy is beautiful! I’d like to visit it one day.

Max: Me too. By the way, do you have lunch at school?

Lily: Yes, I do. I usually eat in the canteen. The food is pretty good.

Max: Same here. I like their pasta and salad.

Lily: Oh, I love their pasta too! What do you do after school?

Max: I usually go to the library to read or do homework. Sometimes I play football with my friends.

Lily: That sounds fun! I have a dance class on Mondays and Wednesdays.

Max: Cool! Well, I have to go to my next lesson now. See you later!
