Lena Williams and her family live in town. They have a flat in a new block of flats in Green Street. Their house is in the center of the town. There are many flats in the block, a lot of people live in it. The Williams's flat is Number Ten. It is not on the ground floor, it is on the second floor.
The Williams's flat has four rooms, a kitchen and a bathroom. There is a small hall. There they take off their coats and hats and hang them on the hall-stand. The kitchen and the bathroom are on one side of the corridor, the living-room, two bedrooms and the children’s room are on the other side.
The living-room is large, the other three rooms are not very large. The living-room has a balcony. The other rooms have no balcony. The rooms are not very high, but they are light, the windows are large.
The Williams's flat has gas and hot and cold water. There is no lift in the Williams's block of flats.
At the back of the block of flats there is a yard with trees in it. There are benches under the trees and a playground for the children.
